TAG Heuer Link Calibre S Watch

What has a sleek look with a tachymeter bezel, patented electro-mechanical movement, and a perpetual calendar?  The TAG Heuer Link Calibre S.

The TAG Heuer Link Calibre S is the “techie’s” watch because it is fully loaded with some amazing technical specifications, new patents, and features all combined into a luxury sports watch.  The TAG Heuer Link Calibre S watch has 230 components and 5 bidirectional micromotors… it’s a watch lover’s dream come true.  Two special features of the watch include the reverse-movement date display that can be accessed in time mode and the different abilities of measuring time including simple time, split time and two interval times.

However, the electro-mechanical movement it what makes this watch so different from other sports watches; but watch exactly is an electro-mechanical movement?  TAG Heuer’s patented electro-mechanical movement combines mechanical movement and quartz timekeeping to increase functionality.  In this case the functions are TIME mode and CHRONOGRAPH mode.

Lastly is the stunning design of the dial, hands, case, and even the glass.  The dial of the watch has hand applied luminescent index markers to increase legibility in the dark.  This TAG Heuer watch also carries the TAG Heuer Logo and the inscription “LINK-Calibre S” on the dial beneath the 12 o’clock marker.  The hour, minute, and second hands of the TAG Heuer Link Calibre S Watch are angled and luminous for optimal reading at night.  The case is approximately 42mm in diameter and includes satin-finished steel and completed with scratch resistant sapphire crystal on both sides, anti-reflective coating on both sides of the glass for increased legibility.

Some other specifications of the TAG Heuer Link Calibre S watch include a tachometer bezel, screwed in case back, 200 meters of water resistance, and an S Link bracelet.

Try Out TAG Heuer SLR Laptimer Watch Online

TAG Heuer launches a new website specifically for the TAG Heuer SLR Laptimer which allows you to try the TAG Heuer SLR Laptimer in three modes: Time Mode, Chrono Mode, and Best Lap Moderight from your computer.

Additionally on the site you can check out a number of movies including Introduction, The Movie, and The Race. Each one is pretty interesting to watch.

Lastly, the new website has games for TAG Heuer enthusiast Entitled Stage 1 and Stage 2. Stage 2 comes out on December 5th of this year. In Stage 1 you have to start the Chronograph when the signal says go and the car takes off. You have to stop the chronograph at 100 mph exactly to get a perfect score. You have to pass Stage 1 to be able to go to Stage 2… my best score was 82/100.. can you beat that?
So what are you waiting for… check out the site and have a little fun admiring the TAG Heuer SLR Laptimer.
